Core has chosen pecans as an investment strategy to create long-term, sustainability.  It is developing a 1,215-acre farm located in Cochise County, S.E. Arizona.  Upon acquisition in 2/2016, the farm had been fallow for 30 years being used for grazing cattle. 

 

Core immediately identified its special and underutilized value.  It was clear, the ground's highest and best use would be pecans.  A farm plan was designed and work began.

 

The farm has been fully rehabilitated and pecan tree plantings have begun.
